Honey, always considered the gods’ gold, is being produced at the estate by extremely competent professionals who have been studying for years and working on methods to obtain the best possible honey while maintaining and respecting the natural equilibrium of its surroundings. The wildflower honey produced at the Tenuta degli Eremi within the Cilento National Park is not subject to thermal treatment for conservation. It is a honey with a fruity and aromatic fragrance; we suggest to use it as a sweetener or together with seasoned cheese.
